The imbalance between the inner and outer rings of the steel ball bearing of the automatic terminal machine is one of the reasons for the heat. The base and end caps are machined separately, and sometimes the bearing holes on the two end caps are not coaxial. If the inner and outer rings of the bearing are not balanced, it will cause the steel balls and the inner and outer rings to scrape each other, causing the friction to expand and become hot. In addition, poor assembly, uneven tightening of screws on the end cap, dust and dirt on the stop, etc., may also make the inner and outer rings unbalanced. If there is no other reason, clean the machine port and reinstall it, and tighten the screws one by one in diagonal order.

Too much or too little lubricating oil in the automatic terminal machine is also the cause of the heat. If the bearing is used for a long time, the internal lubricating oil will gradually decrease, and even if the lubrication is insufficient, the friction loss will increase, making the bearing hot, and the long-term operation without oil will cause the bearing to be damaged. Too much oil or too thick oil can also cause the bearing to overheat. In addition, the lubricating oil is mixed with hard particles, the bearing is not cleaned, or the bearing is cleaned with dirty oil, leaving sand and iron filings in the bearing, which will increase the mechanical friction of the bearing and make the bearing hot, and because of the effect of impurities Bearings are easily damaged.

Bearing cap and shaft rub against each other. Because the axis of the shaft and the axis of the mechanical equipment it drives are not on the same line during assembly, or the inner circle of the bearing cap is eccentric due to inaccurate processing, so that the bearing cap and the shaft partially rub against each other. If the bearing is hot, if the situation is serious, smoke will burn out. At this time, the machine should be stopped first, otherwise the automatic terminal machine will be burned.
